Personnel certification
From February 7 to February 14, the Company the personnel were attested. The purpose of certification was to assess the skills of employees to confirm compliance with the position held, staff rotation, inclusion in the Company's labor pool.
The members of the certification committee communicated with each employee, discussed the projects completed in the recent period, implemented plans, achievements and personal prospects. During the “live” dialogue, the employees sounded wishes for improving the work process, motivation and labor productivity.
The certification was successful, a huge team-work was done, which will further form the basis for the development of the Company and the formation of the labor pool.
