DESIGN OBJECTS ARE:
- Buildings and industrial facilities for various industries (process plants of chemical, petrochemical, oil refining industries);
- Buildings, constructions and structures included in the infrastructure of production facilities;
- Warehouses for various purposes and warehouse complexes;
- Administrative buildings and public administration buildings;
- Civil engineering facilities, housing settlements;
- Heat and gas supply facilities (including boiler houses, heat and gas distribution networks);
- Water supply and water disposal facilities;
- Power lines and power supply systems;
- Social infrastructure facilities;
- Buildings and constructions, engineering networks and systems of preliminary construction period of facilities.
ACTIVITIES:
- Exercise of powers of Chief Designer;
- Inspection of existing buildings and structures;
- Full range of engineering surveys;
- Development of design documentation for new construction, reconstruction, overhaul, technical improvement of facilities in full accordance with the requirements of Order of the Russian Federation No. 87 dated February 16, 2008, in accordance with local requirements of the Russian Federation;
- Development of working documentation for new construction, reconstruction, overhaul, technical improvement of facilities in full compliance with the local requirements of the Russian Federation;
- Maintenance and technical support of the Customer during the State Examination and/or industrial safety examination of the developed design documentation;
- Implementation of designer supervision and technical support of construction of facilities.
