EXTENSION OF THE OPERATOR ROOM IN HOUSING 1200А FOR ACCOMMODATION OF THE SINGLE OPERATOR ROOM OF PRODUCTION OF ETHYLENE OXIDES AND GLYCOLS, PRODUCTION OF UNSATURATED HYDROCARBONS AND THEIR COMPOUNDS, EP
As part of this project, 1200A building was reconstructed as a single operator room of production of ethylene oxides and glycols, production of unsaturated hydrocarbons and their compounds, EP at Sibur-Neftekhim JSC with the arrangement of control and management from a single operator room of production of ethylene oxides and glycols, production of unsaturated hydrocarbons and their compounds, EP at the following productions: ethylene oxide and glycols, unsaturated hydrocarbons and energy production.
SIBUR-Neftekhim JSC
SIBUR-Neftekhim combines the petrochemical capacities of SIBUR located in the city of Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region. It consists of two productions: ethylene oxides and glycols (PEO&G) and acrylic acids and esters (PAA&E).
In the corporate structure of SIBUR, SIBUR-Neftekhim is a member of the directorate of plastics, elastomers and organic synthesis. The Directorate is headed by Managing Director, Pavel Lyakhovich.
The main products of SIBUR-Neftekhim production are ethylene oxide, ethylene glycols, acrylic acid, heavy and light acrylic esters. These products are used as raw materials for petrochemical and chemical enterprises, as well as for the enterprises of other industries which produce a wide range of diverse products.
The production capacities of the enterprise are:
ethylene oxide production - 130 thousand tons per year
glycol production - 300 thousand tons per year
production of acrylic acid of ethereal and polymer varieties - 35.5 thousand tons per year
production of heavy esters (butyl acrylate and two ethyl hexyl acrylate) - 43.6 thousand tons per year
production of light ethers (methyl acrylate) - 10 thousand tons per year.
