RECONSTRUCTION OF COMPRESSOR UNIT OF CRUDE GAS OF MINIBAYEVO GAS PROCESSING PLANT
As part of the reconstruction of the crude gas compressor unit of Minibaevo gas processing plant of Tatneftegazopererabotka Management, the documentation was developed for a structured monitoring and management system of buildings and structures of engineering systems (SMIS) for production facilities: Construction of the all-factory flare system, Reconstruction of the crude gas compressor unit of Minibaevo gas processing plant of Tatneftegazopererabotka Management.
Management of Tatneftegazpererabotka of Tatneft PJSC
Tatneftegazpererabotka Management is a single process complex for preparation, storage and processing of associated petroleum gas, a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons and shipment of refined products.
The gas processing complex consists of hydrogen sulfide gas treatment units, oil and dry stripped gas compression, a deep processing cryogenic unit of dry stripped gas, gas purification and drying units, low-temperature condensation and distillation, cascade refrigeration plant, gas fractionating plants, flare and warehouse park for receiving and storing raw materials and finished products, loading/unloading rack for shipping products by rail.
At present, Tatneftegazpererabotka management produces almost the entire range of gas refining items, and produces high-quality products, including brands “A” and “Prime”.
