ICC Designing Engineer

Duties

Development of design and detailed documentation by sections engineering development, structural steel, reinforced-concrete structures, architectural and construction concept
Structural calculations
Interaction with related specialists for the documentation at all stages of the project
Ensuring compliance of the developed documentation with technical regulations, standards, norms, rules and instructions
Participation in the supervision of construction of the facilities designed by the Company

Requirements

Education: higher (ICC). Knowledge of design regulations (code, GOSTs, etc.)
Obligatory work experience as a leading designing engineer in sections of structural steel and reinforced-concrete structures at least 3 years
Experience in the development of design and detailed documentation related to the structural solutions, the ability to perform calculations of metal and reinforced concrete structures are required
Knowledge of AutoCaD software systems; SCAD; MS Office
Experience in designing the facilities of chemical and petrochemical industry is desirable

LEAD ENGINEER-DESIGNER OF EO

Duties

Development of design and working documentation for the sections: electric power supply; cable power lines; electric equipment installation; indoor electric lighting; outdoor lighting; lightning protection and grounding

Participation in the supervision of the construction of designed facilities

Requirements

Higher education (electrical);
Knowledge of the regulatory framework for design (joint venture, state standards, etc.)
Experience in the development of design and working documentation for industrial facilities (oil, petrochemical, chemical, gas) is welcome
Ownership of the AVEVA software package, creation of a 3D model is welcome

ACS LEAD ENGINEER

Duties

Collection of initial data for the design
Development of technical specifications for an automated system (AS)
Development of a complete set of documentation for any of the stages of creating an automated system (EP, TD, WD) and solving technical issues throughout the design period
Ensuring compliance of the developed projects and technical documentation with the standards, specifications and other regulatory documents for the design and construction, as well as the task for their development
Field supervision

Requirements

Higher education
Work experience of at least 3 years
Experience in the implementation of projects of automated process control systems (APCS) of chemical, petrochemical and oil refining facilities
Experience in the implementation of projects of multi service data networks (MSDN) is welcome
Experience in the implementation of projects of the “Structured Monitoring and Control System of Engineering Systems of Buildings and Structures” (SMIS) is welcome
Experience in the development of the design documentation (DD) is welcome
Knowledge of the equipment range of leading companies in the field of industrial automation (Yokogawa, Siemens, Emerson, Honeywell) and IT (Hewlett-Packard, DELL, Cisco, etc.)

Duties

1. Organization of work of the enterprise quality service:

paperwork management of the QMS in the company according to the existing standards;
internal audits of the QMS;
development of all QMS regulatory documents (quality policy and goals, quality guidelines, procedures, processes, standards, methods, matrices of responsibility and qualifications, job standards, job descriptions and regulations, plans for improvement of the quality and development of QMS, etc.);
preparation and participation in an external audit of the company.

2. Support with competences in the field of labor protection and industrial safety.
